Payment & Booking Conditions

OFF PEAK
Deposit - A minimum of 1 nights accommodation must be received at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Balance of Payment - All monies owing are due on arrival.

PEAK (including holidays, show days, special event weekends)
Deposit - A deposit of 50% of total stay due on booking with balance of payment due 3 weeks prior to arrival.
Bookings made within 3 weeks of arrival date require full payment on booking.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made less than 3 week before arrival date may result in loss of deposits or payment.
